Lease to Own, Rent, or Buy. Lease-to-own requires no traditional credit check. No deposit on the 8′ x 12.5′ building; $500 deposit on the 10′ x 16′ lease-to-own contract.

Delivery & Setup

Buildings arrive completely assembled and ready to use. We use a specialized crane delivery system to place your building and can often place buildings over fences and obstacles. Final placement depends on access, ground conditions, trees, fences, and overhead power lines. Delivery charges depend on your location and mileage — enter your ZIP code for a quote.
