Each of our 8′ x 12.5′ storage units is made of all-steel construction with zinc-oxide coated framing, 16-gauge C-channel floor beams, 10-gauge C-channel center beams, and 14-gauge C-channel side beams. Our units are built with 26-gauge metal siding and roof, a galvanized door threshold, and a flush-mounted chateau locking system.

Each unit has a 6′ x 6′ all steel roll-up door with a secure all-weather seal at the bottom, and a 3/4″ premium plywood floor fastened to 16 gauge C-beams 16” on center.
