Pricing & Payment

• The 8' × 12.5' building rents for $109/month with a minimum of 4 months.
• Lease-to-own payments start at $99/month. No traditional credit check is required for lease-to-own.
• The 10' × 16' lease-to-own option requires a $500 deposit.
• Delivery fees, deposits, initial payments, and applicable sales tax may be required and may be due before delivery.
• Pricing and delivery availability depend on your location. Contact us for a complete quote.

Delivery & Placement

• Buildings arrive completely assembled and ready to use.
• We use a specialized crane delivery system and can often place buildings over fences and obstacles.
• Final placement depends on safe access, ground conditions, trees, fences, overhead power lines, and other obstacles.
• Customers must prepare a firm, level placement area and remove vehicles, debris, and obstacles before delivery.
• Delivery charges depend on your location and mileage.

Moving a Building

My Storage may be able to relocate your building for an additional fee. The building must be completely empty before it can be moved. Moving prices depend on the building size, distance, property access, and location.

Modifications & Use

Lease-to-own units must be paid for in full before any structural modifications are made. Customers are responsible for checking local building codes, permit requirements, zoning rules, and HOA restrictions before modifying a building or using it for purposes other than storage.

Permits & Property Requirements

Permit, zoning, HOA, and property-owner requirements are the customer's responsibility. If the building will be placed on rented property, you must receive permission from the property owner before delivery.
